After waiting 30 minutes for a Rueben that still wasn't up, I had to ask for a refund, since I ran out of time to eat just waiting for the thing, and still had to get to the appointment.
It looked like they forgot it and were scrambling in the background. Their mistake cost me my chance to eat dinner.June 25, 2016
