  Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I undestand it's morning and they're busy but one employee walked right past me twice to refill napkins on the tables and didn't say anything. Than another employee kept rolling her eyes as another group of people walked in the restraunt right after me which she also ignored. When she finally acknowledged the line after it got six people deep, I had to tell her my coffee order twice which she put in the computer wrong and had to figure out how to fix it, and than still gave me the wrong coffee order. At this point I was already late to work, and did not bother to go in and get the correct order. I will not be back to this location until they learn to train their employees correctly.

  Great coffee, prompt service, solid doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches too. This location is a bit more convenient than the one located on South Park Ave.
